If I am not mistaken the 10 was made for the feds so they would have more stopping power.They ran upon the over penetration problem,also they did not like the recoil.So next thing you know the 10 round was "tamed down".The BREN TEN was and is still a good weapon.I have the full size glock in 10 ,got one in .45 also.I like them both.A guy at the gunshop I go to said the 10 is supposed to be a powerful as my .41 mag. I just don't see it.I think they are here to stay if you don't reload you can still get the "STOUT loads if you buy Norma ammo.JMHO
