A shop owner gave me the tip about training the new strings. They rotate so little and with a little training will rotate almost not at all.

After I bought my ally I put the peep on and then rotated the peep by hand so that it was aligned. After i shot I'd do the same thing. it might take a little time but it works.

If it is only a little off you can use the d-loop to correct that by offsetting the d-loopto correct the issue.
