Follow my link and learn how to tune your bow. I would also suggest using feathers with your setup. Your shooting an older bow and you won't have enough clearance to shoot certain type rests without getting some fletching contact. If your shooting with fingers you may want to consider tyring a release with a prong style rest. I would not recommend using mechanicals with your setup at all.
