RE: Anybody have trouble with bone spurs?
Been there and done that. The problem with getting cortizone sor steroid shots on this kind of injury is that it doesn't remove the bone spur. Thus the bone spur continues to do it's dirty work; ripping and wearing a nerve, tendon, muscle or whatever. The shot just gets rid of the pain and some of the inflammation without removing the underlying cause.
What's my first sentence? Been there and done that.
