I dont know if this will help you but it's worth a try.
Look for one of those "Waist Belt Style" safety belts(which are deadly IMHO).
Use just the center section from one since it has sewn-in loops that can not come un-done and that will give you an extention. It's the only thing these "Belts" are good for other than using them as a deer drag!!!
