Do you have directions to that place? I have heard about it. Is it an open range you can just drive up to and shoot at? I might be able to help you with the sighting.
If you're going there from the north (as your location indicates) I guess you would take the Turnpike (or any other north-south road of your choice) south to I-195. Take I-195 to Exit 11 and go south. When you reach CR 526, go roughly straight across (the road is offset a bit to the left). Follow that road (Davis Station Road) south and make the first right (still Davis Station Road). When you reach a T intersection, turn left. Now you're on CR 539. Stay on that for a little while, and make the first left after you pass New Egypt Speedway. This is Colliers Mills Road... go straight down to where it turns to sand and go into the WMA. Take the left and follow that down and across the power lines and the rifle range (and bow range next to it) will have a large gravel lot to park in on the left.

Like BOWHUNTERCOP said, make sure you have your NJ firearm hunting license. You can use rimfire rifles, muzzleloaders, and slug guns.
