No diffrent than last year ...Some seed companys make their product just for this kind of weather..Read the bag..Dont plant seed that needs alot of moisture to keep it growing..Some fields hold moisture better than others..If you can get a shovel in it go ahead and plant..if you cant wait a while..Most seed in the south doesnt get planted until 1st or 2nd week in Sept. anyway..If the ground is to hard go ahead and turn it over anyway to loosen the soil for rain when it does give it a day to dry and then sow your seed..
