Question for you, Todd... I was thinking about some of the draw length discussions we've had on here as I was driving around a couple days ago, and your post reminded me...
OK, you say you're shooting the same draw length in the first and last videos, but you tied a longer loop on and slighly adjusted your anchor. What do you believe are your advantages over doing that -- as opposed to merely lengthening your actual draw length? I'm thinking that if you did the latter, you could still anchor in the same place, but now you would be lengthening the power stroke of the bow itself, and would be gaining that extra fps and ultimately k.e. (I'm thinking of hunting applications, here... though I don't want to sacrifice good form for it. It just sort of stands to reason that if you're going to anchor in the same spot anyway, why not cut down the loop to as short as possible and gain the extra power stroke?)
The only thing I can see it affecting would be the string angle...
