when deer are wet, the hair normally stands on end. kinda like they have goosebumps. notice the hind end and tail. the hair there is wet. as far as the shoulder Im not sure. Looks like a previous injury that healed. It almost looks as if there was muscle loss because of the wrinkled looking skin. I dont know but thats pretty odd looking.
