I had to have the safety worked on, in fact I have to carry it today to get worked on. I have duck hunted almost every sat. for 9 seasons with it, and this is the first problem ever. I emailed Benelli and they got back to me in 2-3 hrs to recommend agunsmith in my area. I also deer-dog hunt and am guilty of not taking care of the gun as it should be. It has NEVER failed to eject shells, and has great accuracy with varying loads(steel to buckshot), unlike Remington or other semi-autos.
