Just want to clarify what a broomed horn is. Trust me, if anyone goes putting a ram down on account of horn tips being rubbed and/or rounded will surely find out too. A broomed horn is a broken horn. If you are thinking about shooting a ram with broomed horns make sure you don't run the risk of killing an illegal ram.
