I am not in disagreement,I am a tag eater some years,probably one in every three.I will tell you that I hunt my butt off to kill 2 1/2 year old bucks and 31/2 year olds and older are extremely rare.We are beginning the third year of antler restrictions in a couple of management units around us,so it is becoming more likely that an older age class of bucks will be in greater numbers.Truthfully though the way the antler restrictions are structured they are only protecting the 11/2 year olds and not even all of them.
