Under Armor won't keep you warm if you aren't moving.
But I hunt in Arkansas so that's usually not a big issue.
To be more specific:
-base layer is always Cabelas BugSkinz (fits skin tight)
-over that is either a UA heat gear tight long sleeve shirt + UA loose gear camo, or UA cold gear tight + Polarfleece pullover.
For pants, I just put on the Bugskinz, and regular cotton camo pants (if its cold, I'll put on Duofold under the pants)
And for extreme cold in late rifle season, I'll just add some overalls and my Cabelas Ultimate Suede jacket
