I have found that for a good average most bows lose or pickup roughly 3-4% in FPS per inch of altered draw length.

So if a bow was shooting 300 FPS and you went up an inch it would increase by about 9-12 FPS.

In your case it would be a loss of about (assuming 350 FPS @29 &quot 18-24 or so FPS.
