I would use the 150 or 160 grain Partition bullet. However even a good 130 grain bullet like the Partition or Barnes TXS will do the job on Black Bears. I also wouldn't hesitate to use the 150 Grain Hornady interlock.
James B has been hitting 'em dead center here for a very long time.....well worth listening to!
