Calls.....
Since your just starting I would suggest on finding one call and practice your tail off. There are a ton to choose from, which can be intimadting, but only a handful of "types". Box call, Slate call, Mouth Call, Suction type call and push pin call are the basic types. The push pin is proably the easiest to use though I've never used one. Suction types would have to be my vote for hardest. I myself prefer slate type calls but you will see that each person has their favorites.
Broadheads....
You will need a large cutting diameter. For turkeys I use the Spitfire 100 grain mechanical broad heads. If you want a fixed bladed broadhead make sure you have the large cutting diameter, because a turkey's vital is much much smaller then a deer's.
Decoys....
Decoys arn't a must. They sure come in handy at times especially with a bow, but be careful, other hunters will sometimes hunt your decoy.
Blind....
A blind is proably a bowhunters best friend. Drawing back on the turkey is very hard thing to do because of their eyesight.
Practice....
As a bowhunter you already know this, but do it some more <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle> Practice from sitting & kneeling ALOT.
