Nope ya just cant use any ole brake fluid ya hasta git the good stuff the nascar guys use
If ya don't use dot 3 in a dot 3 system the rubber components will swell to the point where the brakes wont release when engaged. Major fire hazard and a total brake over haul is needed. Different fluid.
Different carbon and different process.
