DaddyslilGirl, You said that you will get no bigger, thats fine. Height has nothing to do with it. Doing a few pushups, situps, ect. will help your muscle condition. It is very possible for you to put on some pure muscle weight and pull more weight. I saw that you did take a deer with your lower # bow, thats great, more power to you and kudos on an excellant shot. However, I don't think that should be practiced and just accepted as the best you'll do. If you adjust your bow weight ever so slightly every few weeks and practice every day as you say you do, you'll be pulling more in no time and you'll see how easy it is.
A little scared disagreeing with someone twice my size.

But I'm not just short, I'm also small. Next time you're in a clothing store, stop by the kids clothes section and check out (children's) size 10. That's me.
I do work out, sit-ups, stairmaster, and some other exercises, although, except for the stairmaster, I've had to lay off for a few months. I know girls can get really muscular. I've seen the pictures. But I like looking like a girl.
I'm not advocating that people hunt with a lightweight bow for the sport or challenge. But my state just lowered the minimum age to 10 and I just wanted to point out that with the right practice,a small personcan hunt if you make sure of your shot.
A boy my age that I know hit a deer in the hind leg with a 55 lb. bow. The deer died because he hit the femoral artery and the deer bled to death before it went too far. I would never take a shot unless I absolutely knew it was right. Whatever you're shooting, you have to be sure of what you're doing and do it right.
I don't know at this point if I'll be able to hunt this fall or not. But if I do, I assure you I won't release an arrow from my little bow unless I'm close enough to make it a killing shot. I know my limits and I'll work within them, I promise you.
