Happened to me once .
I hunted the same place for 4 years .
Out of the blue the owner said no more hunting .
Claims there was someone throwing trash on his property and decided to just kick me off .
I repect the land and permission to hunt ,, I never trash the wild ..
I think he just made up an excuse ???
We hunt in Southern Tier and the owner asks for nothing in return so we either send him a card with some $$$ or a gift card ..Seems to apriciate it ...We do ..
