Did you use the C-tool when you took the bolt out? If not you have some problems.
Call Knight and see if they can mail you a couple of them C-tools (they are easy to loose). You might also have to send the bolt in to them so they can put that on a machine and cock it and set it.
The C-tool is used before you attempt to remove the bolt. It goes in behind the turn in/on safety. You then turn the safety in making connection to the C tool. And then as you twist it even more you will feel it cock the bolt. After that you can take the allen screw out and the bolt will twist apart.
If you have not turned the bolt apart, you have to line up a certain part of each of the two parts.. then the bolt will side back in the rifle. It is explained in the instructions. If you have taken the bolt apart, Knight can put it back together with out causing damage to it.
