I appreciate everyone's replies. I guess, my goal is to be able to shoot the 340 Weatherby Mag accurately. I know that it is a straight shooter. But not with me at the trigger at longer ranges, at least not yet. It is a beautiful gun, and sometime down the road (not is a huge hurry), I'd love to get it out in the woods again, probably for Elk. I know that a lot of smaller caliber guns will also do the job but there is a small fire in me that would love to get the gun out again. But, not until I can shoot it accurately.
