If I remember right you can remove the recoil pad/butt plate and pack a baggie or sock with about a pound +/- of shot in there, then fill in with other material to keep it in place.
That is exactly what i did to my Firebolt.... I laid a chunk of saran wrap out on the work bench poured in a batch of 7 1/2 shot - then squirted a bunch of silicone caulk from a culk gun in on the bb's closed the saran wrap worked the bb's into the silcone - put that in a produce plastic bag wire tied it off - cut the excess bag off - put the whole wrap and the contents in the stock - let it all dry and was able to pull back out later when I sold the gun.
