Funny you should mention this...

We have a stand on a power line that runs through our property. This stand is about 50 yards from the property line, (this is my cousins stand), and we have hunted it for years. But about 2 yrs ago, the property next put a stand right beside ours, on the same power line. This made me angry... my cousin has climbed into the stand, waited for 3 hours, just to have a hunter on the other property drive his truck up to his stand, put out some corn, and scare all of the deer off of my cousins stand in the process. And what does this guy do? He waves "hi."

Maybe its just me, but if I were you, go for it. He has 3 stands on the edge of yalls property... and if he has a problem with you putting a stand up on the property line he needs to see a therapist.
