Default RE: deer feeders and baiting

First thought: Get a noisy feeder with a timer. I understand the deer get acclimated to when the feeder comes on and you can time your hunt accordingly. They hear the feeder running, and they come running!

Looks to me like there are some parts of the country where you pretty much need to set out feeders to draw them in. Some of you brush-poppers down in Texas for instance can't see far enough through (or over) the scrub brush to ever harvest a deer (or whatever). We can bait bear here, but nothing else. There's a reason a Game & Fish would allow baiting or not.
