I just finished a lower lubar disc removal and fusion about 6 weeks ago and my body is ready to go try a tree. Took my Excalibur out yesterday just to stare at it and hope I can Climb. Otherwise , I will be on the ground no matter what. Can't wait. Dreaming already.
