i live in MD, yea thereis a 7 day waiting period. i dont see why he cant, but maybe he jus didnt want to redo the paperwork. o well, ill ask someone else there but im sure ill get the same answer. o well, hopefully its a nice gun and even if its not, ill jus buy another in a month lol. win some lose some, thanks for all the help tho guys
