I have several hang on stands but the next one I buy will be a Millenium. I sat in one at our big buck show and it's hands down the most comfortable hang on I've tried. You could literally set in this thing all day long. It'll cost you more, but it would be worth it. It slides into a mounting bracket too, so you can leave a couple of brackets out and move the stand around with you. Also you'll get no noise out of it either.
