I've been trying to find who was arrested By Arkansas Game & Fish on Black River In Northeast Arkansas. Looked on line at Local Papers but no info there. Heard AGFC took vehicle,gun, ect. Just wondering! Oh yeah! I believe it happened over this past weekend. Believe it was guides duck hunting on Game & Fish.
