Simmons scopes are junk. I had one that came on a New England Arms youth gun. It lost its zero after about 40 shots from the light recoil of a .243. If you are buying a package deal and it shoots fine, great. If you are planning to purchase the Simmons scope to put on your rifle, don't waste your money. When it comes to optics, you get what you pay for even more so than with guns.
