I'm shooting bohning's 1.75" shield cut X-vanes for local events in both MBR and Open classes. At 316fps my pro 22's with an 80 grain glue in point fly like darts out to well past 50 yards.

I'm really partial to sheild cut vanes on most of my competition arrows.......I just think they look cool.
