Default RE: Deer hunting with dogs

First off wingnut, not all dog hunters are like your opinion, huntings got enough problems as usa said ,"without hunters judging other hunters" Ive hunted dogs all my life and still do from time to time in louisiana dog season is placed at the end of the regular hunting season, only in certain areas, and only for a couple to three weeks, and as I said ive hunted with dogs all my life and have never taken place in anything like what you described, Im sure their are hunters like that, but not all so do say they are all like that, heck ive saw bow hunters hit a deer track it for a couple of hundred yards and give up, but not all bow hunters are like that I know because I am one and I dont do that, As far as not doing the "hunting' as you so nicely put it, I scout harder for dog season than I do for still hunting, I like to find the deer and try to make sure they are easily ran without messing up someone on private property, its also about working with your dogs, the dogs that you raised from the time they were born and spent countless hours training, just as a man with a duck dog, rabbit dog or bird dog, I know because Ive worked with just about all of the above. Oh and one more thing for everyone who likes to shoot dogs, I know that some people put their dogs on other people property, and mine have gotten on private property by accident, but its not the dogs fault, hes doing what he was bred to do nothing less he dont know any better, if you catch a dog on your property dont shoot him catch him and call the game wardens let them take care of it thats what your taxes pay for. Most dogs have a collar with the owners name very easy to get in contact with, what did the dog do to get shot with, and if you would just try hunting with dogs one time and you hear them coming straight for you, you would see that its almost as exciting as coming full draw on a nice buck at day light within 15 yards. Dont judge what you dont understand and dont judge a legal ethical hunter if you do you are a hypocrit and worse than any anti hunting gun hating nut. this is AMERICA for crying out loud as long as its legal let it be if you see something illegal taking place call the proper athorities.

A mans gotta believe in something I believe Ill go HUNTING
