Default Great people, awesome whitetails!

Hey guys, I just got back yesterday from my trip out to visit Tim (TJF) and Tyler (Dagger Buck 2) and his girls, wife Barb and Daughter Brittany. My wife and I absolutely had the best of times with Tim and his family. Not only are thesepeople hard core whitetail shed hunters and hunters, they are salt of the earth folks! Tim and I have formed a great friendship over the past 3years here on HNI. Going out and actually meeting them and scouting with them was icing on top of the cake. I was so wound up whiletalking sheds, hunting bucks....digging through their 1000 or so bones they have foundand hearing all the stories and memories that came from the special ones etc..that we stayed up all night and then went out and scouted and filmed ...

Tim, Tyler, Barb and Brittany, thank you so much for having Dee and I out.

Here are a few photos of 50 or more that touch slightly on the great time we had. I learned so much from Tim and Tyler about their habitat and whitetails, how they hunt the big slueghs and grass/ag lands of ND. I felt like a kid in a candy store on every morning and evening scout. We filmed beautiful bucks, does and some boone and crocket mosquitos! I so look forward to hunting with these guys in the future. The 2500 mile round trip was well worth it.

I will be writing a field journal asap on our trip..here is a snidbit of pix we took.. Bucks we filmed, sheds we shared and swapped... etc..

Myself, Tyler and Tim just finishing up a great morning of filming bucks heading back to their beds..

This youngster came into bow range for some close up video...

Crawling through the grasses to get in position is definately needed in this open country..
