I'm just going to say that there are good guides, and bad guides. And I'm sure that if you shop around you could find one that will meet your criteria.

Just imagin what kind of legal stuff they have to go through in insurance and things like that to keep a place like that going. Imagin what a pain it would be if a hunter/client was killed by a buffalo or lion or something. You'd have to get them out of the wilderness and to the nearest hospital and god knows how long that could take, and a whole host of other things that would open a sevice up to lots of lawsuits. I think if I were a guide and there was ANY chance that my hunter was in danger, I would take corrective action. Better safe than sorry. But then again I probably wouldn't make a good guide.

I guess I like all types of hunting. Whether it is whitetail, quail, or walrus, I can see the good in them all.
