Default RE: elephant hunting

Ok, I know I've seen more than one elephant hunt on the outdoor channel. As I remember they were all in south africa. They were overpopulated last year when I heard the guy on tv talking about it. If you look at most of the game ranches over there they will take you elephant hunting. Madabula safaries does that "dart" safari where you shoot it with a dart and take measurments it is more expencive than shooting it with a normal gun and killing it. You can get real elephant mounts done. They give the meat to the villagers there and eat what you can while you are there. They also give the hide to the villagers to do stuff with.

There was one hunt on last year with a guy that won the elephant hunt in some contest. He got a pretty big bull. Most of the time they do hunts on tv they are 2 part series.
