I don't shoot shotguns slugs and sabots, but I'm 99% sure that if you have one scope, then you're going to have to sight in every time you switch. They are 2 different barrels. Each one is going to have a different "zero."

The solution? Just buy another scope so you can have one scope for each barrel.
