HELLO!!!! There are things you can do to the big boys to reduce recoil. I've said it before and I'll say it again, my 300 ultra mag is a pleasure to shoot. The only thing that hurts is the price of the shells!(I really need to get into reloading) A muzzle brake and and a limbsaver recoil pad is all you need! If you want more, put in a mercury recoil reducer. I am very confident of my shot with my 300REM!!!
