Eat??? Those concrete structures are manmade water catchments, also called "drinkers", "guzzlers", or "trick tanks". They were constructed by our Game and Fish Dept., and provide drinking water for the wildlife.

I just like the way those illegals filled their water jugs after the dog peed in it...
