I have had to 2 screech owls land 5 ft. away from me in the same tree. I have had a red tail hawk land right above my head ( big bird). I also had a fox which I bleated at run up to the base of my tree, put its paws up on the trunk and looked up at me trying to figure out what was going on. Then he took off when he figured it out
