I keep mine in one of those Bank Vault safes as well. After having a gun case stolen from my truck one morning while I grabbed a quick shower before leaving for the day, they stay locked up. I have a friend though that puts a few "Pretty, though not expensive" rifles and Shotguns out in one of those nice cases like you have. That way, if the theives come knocking, he doesn't lose his real investment, but is still able to display a few guns.
