I can't imagine the chop saw types working as well as a rotary type cutter. The last word in arrow saws in a precision machine lathe, holding the arrow in a collet, and cutting it off with a Dremel tool mounted in the tool post - spinning a diamond cut-off wheel. Perfect every time.
