All I can say is, WOW!!!!! I hunted in Maryland and I gotta say that I saw buck that were just amazing. Let me guess, you where hunting the western side of the state? I hunted there and saw three buck that were 8 points or better. You can't hunt in the same area and say this is the best this state has to offer. Maryland has alot of hunting to offer, you just have to relocate from time to time. Maybe if you did that, you wouldn't have had to make such a poor decision on taking a lucky shot!
