I like the William's Fire sights. They are made of all metal (no plastic) and fasten securley to your rib via four screws per sight and two metal clamps. Once on they are very snug and look great. The rear sight can be adjusted both for windage and elevation since the sights are dovetailed onto the base. I also like that the rear sights has the fiber optics "inbeded" into the metal to help protect this fragile part, seems to still gather plenty of light.
