While I agree using 85, 100, 125 gran broadheads is a matter of preference the above statement, leads me to think that the tech either did not care to help the cutomer more appropriately, or lacks in competency.
My guess is all of the above. Most techs I run across know just enough to get you out of the store. I stay away from them. I don't buy from them, ask them questions or order from them.

I guess I'm very blessed in that I've surrounded myself with world class shooters, top notch dealers that sell to me at cost, and direct access to manufactors.
