Default fletching my own arrows !

Ok, I'm sick and tired of other people making mistakes on my equipment, I ordered 6 new arrows at my local shop, had them put on blazers and hidden inserts.
Before I shot the six arrows, I had two vanes just fall off when I pulled them out of the quiver. When I shot about 12 times, I was left with only one arrow with three vanes, and 3 with no vanes at all.
When I came home, I wanted to remove the broadheads which I screwed in atthe target practice and I couldn't, he used sooo much glue in the arrow that my broadheads were glued in...
The shop's closed, but when they re open I'm gonna buy me a fletching rig and glue and do it myself....no more f### up's....
