Most of the reviews I have seen on this bow did not rate its draw cycle as it's strongest point - the Mathews, on the other hand, seems to get rated very high in smooth draw. But for me, this bow felt like it couldn't possibly be 71 lbs. And I had just finished shooting for almost an hour with the Hoyt when Wes and his wife arrived with the new Bowtech. Maybe it's just something that my particular ergo's respond to.

I was also impressed with the fact that you apparently don't need a bow press to change strings, install peeps, etc. on this bow. Just back the limbs off until the string goes slack.
