Actually the land I hunt is family property owned by my grandpa and also my uncle. There are roughly 15 hunters all together, and some of the more serious ones are with me, but convincing the bullheaded ones is difficult. I try explaining that if they want meat, there are soooo many does it is unbelievable. Hopefully as some of these ppl become a little more experienced and serious there ideas will change. I was going to ask about the doe population and if they have the opportunity to harvest them to fill the freezer. Ifthey can then that's one thing you have going for you in trying towin some of them over. "Hey guys, you're getting good quality meat with the does, so why can't you wait for some quality racks?"
