Using averages for an entire county may be the misleading aspect of this site. I know from my hunt county, which is mostly corn and soybean fields, that the average may be less than 15 deer/mile, but in particular hunt area, this number is way to low. Most days that I hunt, I can view 10-15 deer from my tree stand.
