Default RE: Question about BowTech

Well as far as the setup goes they are not any different from any other bow as far as I can tell. I have setup a patriot, Mighty Mite and Pro38 dual cam and the nock point on each was not any different from any other bows I have setup and they tuned pretty easy. the only time I had to set the kock point extra high was to get my muzzy zero effect to have vane clearance on the Patriot because of it's limited slide travel. As far as them being hard to sell I don'tknow because there are no dealers close to me so I don't get to see exactly what they do as far as sales, I am sure it is just like every where else some items sell better in different areas but one thing I have found is that if a shop pushes a bow they generally do very well. As is the case with a shop in my home town all year long they pushed the G-2 then they sold out and wanted to move the others and started pushing them and the next thing you know is they only had 2 bows left. I would say most of the people that go into a shop to buy a bow have no idea what they want and take the owners word on what bow is for them, the thing I here there costumers say most is which one you sold the most of and 90% or the time that is what they buy.
