I have a set of puff balls I have been using for over 5 years, on two different bows. Still work as good as the day I bought them, actually a bit better maybe.

Of all the goofy ass looking things on my bow my old school silencers are the least of my worries.

I actually think the beaver balls look pretty cool myself. I put some on my girlfriends target bow. They are not real cheap though.
