ideally, auto sensitivity will work just fine. sensitivity is really just for extreme depths. anything, say under 50 feet, will work with the sensitivity on auto, or 0 through +1 or 2.

You may have the white line feature disabled, this allows to you distinguish between rocks and stumps.
